Salsa is a staple at our house, and this is The Veggie Wagon family recipe. You want to make sure you have strong chips, as this robust salsa is full of farm-fresh veggies including scallions, red bell peppers, onions, and more.  If your looking for a simple start to an amazing Mexican dinner, just line an oven-safe dish with 1/2 a jar of salsa, put any meat, seafood, or veggie in the dish, cover with the second 1/2 for the jar,  and bake to temperature.
